Austin W. Probst - Associate
Austin W. Probst graduated Magna Cum Laude from Albion College in 2013 with a B.A. in Public Policy and Sociology. He then attended and graduated, Cum Laude, from Wayne State University Law School in 2017. During law school, Austin interned for the Hon. Patrick J. Duggan in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He served on Wayne Law Review as a Senior Note and Comment Editor. His article Go With the Flow: The Public Trust Doctrine and Standing, 62 Wayne L. Rev. 535 was published in the spring of 2017. Before joining Moblo, Fleming and Watt, P.C. Austin worked for a large civil litigation firm. His areas of practice include first party No-fault "PIP" defense, third party No-Fault defense, Fraud, and Estate Planning.
In his free time, Austin enjoys Environmental Law, fishing, traveling, and Detroit Lions Football
