Brandon S. Heintzelman - Partner
Brandon S. Heintzelman graduated from Central Michigan University in 2004. As a native of West Michigan, he was part of the inaugural class at Western Michigan University-Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids, where he was active in student government. During law school, he worked for Wayne County Neighborhood Legal Services, in their Elder Law Clinic, before joining the firm as an intern in September 2007. Since then, Brandon has focused his practice primarily on representing clients in first and third-party no-fault lawsuits, along with property damage claims. He has worked extensively on cases involving insurance coverage disputes, fraud, premises liability, slip and falls, vehicle theft, fire/water loss, and subrogation. He has also handled many cases on appeal and in the Federal Court.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, camping, biking, and watching football.
